There are experts in the field of intellectual property law who analyze important issues and provide guidance to the creative public on the relative rights and obligations of artists and consumers of art.
There are the members of the creative public who generate the various media that becomes the subject matter of this field of law.
Finally, there are those who consume. Some consume the analysis of the lawyers, some consume the creative produce, and some consume it all.
I hope to encompass all three categories; as an attorney, artist, and consumer of legal analysis regarding the creative industries, as well as all of the sights and sounds that make them move.
